Über mich
I am a Canadian (from Québec, the french part of Canada, if we’re being percise) with the classic “i’ve always wanted to travel so one day I quit school and said hey let’s go explore this world and learn more about myself in the process!” And I did learn a lot in the last few months. I signed up for a wood working school back home and will be starting next september, and the wood working industry is one of the many things that fascinate me of the japanese culture. I am 100% a foodie and love tasting new things I never would back home! For example, back in Thailand I ate some crocodile (which is pretty uncommon in Canada I would say!) and it was quite tasty! I also have a fascination for the dark side and underground punk-rock culture, so going into sketchy looking bars and having a blast in the end is something I would appreciate! Live music where we can dance the night away is probably my favorite activity in this whole world if we’re being honnest! And learning about the people I connect with is also a big part of why I travel!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe
So not really an « adventure », but one day I was talking to my friend about people hitchhiking, I told her I never had seen anyone asking to be picked up in my life, but I would pick them up if it even occured. Fast forward to the end of that night, I was going back home and I saw someone asking for a lift!! Note that I live in a suburb, it’s not common an ALL to do that there! I couldn’t believe this was actually happening! I picked him up and had a blast with him, and since then, i’ve always wanted to do my first hitchhiking experience (probably will do it in the next few weeks here!)
Update : I hitchhiked in Japan and it was amazing, 10/10 recommend
Lehren, lernen, teilen
Fun fact that lives rent free in my head : turbulence in the plane will never cause a plane to crash (that’s what I tell myself when I freakout in a plane)
