About Me
I am an Italian solo traveler currently discovering Asia, and I am new on couchsurfing :) I love to connect with people and make the difference I want to see in this world. I follow different volunteer programs, and I just do my best to create meaningful memories and connections with anyone across my path.I'm always down for deep talks, crazy laughs, and adventure time
We are all more similar than different.
Let's meet up and be friends :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love traveling but even more I love to meet new people, connecting with backpackers like me, locals or just amazing souls that are doing their best to enjoy life at the fullest, spreading kindness and empathy. That's what I am looking for : real connections ! I would like to meet you, know your favorite spots in your city, discover new places together if you want to, or just learn more about each other cultures and lives. That would be the most beautiful gift.
Interests
I love to spend time in nature, trekking, or just enjoying its vibes. I admit to having a thing for trees (I love hugging them, lol). I always bring my camera with me . I like to meet new people and create deep connections aside from the cultural differences and backgrounds. That's what makes them stronger and more interesting!

Music, Movies, and Books
I like all kinds of music. It just depends on my mood, that's why my playlists are chaotic, lol
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived for one week in the jungle with the Mentawai tribe on the Mentawai Island, Indonesia.
I retired in a Buddhist monastery on the Thai mountains (close to the Myanmar border)for 10 days.
I looked deep in the eyes of a wild elephant and wild orangutans while they were free in their environment
I "swimmed" in the dead sea in Jordan.
I lived with a berber family in the Sahara desert for 5 days.
I ate some disgusting things that if I just think about it, I won't even trust myself anymore, lol.
P.s. I love Durian 🫣🤫
I cried while admiring my one and only PURPLE sunrise on the Island of Skye, Scotland (please look at the picture if you don't trust me )
I climbed Ijen volcano (Java, Indonesia) under the rain, basically through a thunderstorm, but still I managed to admire the blue fire and the amazing stars above it. Felt deeply grateful and lucky
After my trekking on Bromo a driver asked me to take some pictures of me posing on his car in order to promote his business. Now I have dozens of cool pictures of me promoting Jeep Excursions on Bromo, Java (Indonesia)
"Meeting" pandas in a research center based in Chengdu, Sichuan region, China
Survived to super spicy food in the Sichuan region, considered the spiciest of the entire China. I'm so proud of me
I have been invited to have a motivational speech to college students in Chengdu, China
I lived in "Pandora" for 4 days, not my Avatar ;)
(Zhanghjiajie National Park, China)
Used to live in Lapland and spent the majority of my nights head up admiring the northern lights dancing in the ski / petting huskies and reindeers ( a good way to not focus on the freezing cold )
Using couchsurfing for the first time in life, and I can't be happier. I met so many cool people already! Why didn't I give it a try earlier, lol?
Can you keep a secret ? Well, if so, there are so many interesting and insane things that I did and saw, and I can privately share with you ;)
Teach, Learn, Share
We can learn a lot from each other as we choose to share our time, it means we have the right approach and mindset to always learn something new from people who cross our path :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
My gratitude for have given me the chance to meet you and spend time together and of course if you want I can cook some amazing Italian dishes for you, but you have to help me find the right ingredients ;). If, instead, you are not a foody, pick one among the 6 languages I know, and I can teach you some words ! Deal ?
Not into languages ? What about karaoke ? Or just talking about whatever topic you randomly choose, and it's guaranteed we end up talking about it till 4am in the morning. Wanna bet ? ;)
