I am curious like a cat, active, reliable and positive even though I try to have a rational and practical approach to every situation.
I like to know ppl, to visit different places, to learn different habits and cultures. I truly believe that travelling helps to have a better approach to life and to have a better point of view of situations. I do not have prejudices; I don’t like ppl judge me so I do not judge them.
I am a strong and motivated person I work hard and as soon as I can, I schedule a trip. I am friendly and respectful. I love dogs and I may handle w cats, but I do not have any.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve been traveling since I was 16yo and the best way to learn a new language, to visit a new place and to get the local habits, it is to stay w locals.
Recently a couple of friends of mine told me about CS and I was “WOW that is prefect, such a smart and awesome idea”. So here I am, just became a memeber.

I cannot host atm, just moved in a small apartment and still need to fix my new place, so I am happy to meet travelers and to talk about their experiences, to help them if I can.

Interests

Relaxing time:
pubs,good beers, friends and a pool table (I am that good at it but I enjoy playing pool); bring me to visit a new place, I’ll be the happiest person.
Sports/activities:
sailing, playing tennis, volleyball, skiing … I LOVE to take dance lessons too. Last year I have been part of an “Acting in English” course. My teacher Fruzan Seifi is awesome: she studied at The Actor Studios in NY and she is teaching all over the world.
I recently started an “Aeroshock” course w Laura Carli, she is so energetic.
Travelling of course is my favorite activity!

Music, Movies, and Books

Every kind of music, but Vivaldi nor new age music.
My favorite it is rock music (old rock, country rock, I love punk rock as well, and so on) and jazz too.
I like to read books and watch movies both in English and Italian, old and new movies it is ok; I do not have a real favorite one, but I enjoyed “now you see me”, “American Sniper”(advise: just watch it without any expectations, it is a true story movie) “The Equalizer”, and the series “suits” “Chicago PD” and others. I also LOVE cartoons!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my previous travel experiences; I can teach Italian and some Italian recipes. On the other side, I will be happy to learn your habits and your previous travel experiences. Moreover, please, mark my mistakes in speaking and/or writing in English and/or other languages.

I am an independent and well-organized traveler, so if you feel like to host me and to spend your time w me, I’ll be glad for it; if you think you can host me and give me advices, I’ll be very happy.
I usually travel alone, walking around places: I think this is the best way to discover and to see things, otherwise you may miss them.
I am social and friendly person and I’d love to share my experiences, my travel memories, food and some drinks w my hosts and their friends or family.
