I am fun and friendly. I love food, travel, adventure, yoga, and scuba diving. I like to push my boundaries and see how far I can go. My motto is to try anything at least once.
I was born and raised in Yangon, Myanmar and lived there for the first 14 years of my life. My family immigrated to the Bay Area and I've been living here ever since. Other than that I lived in Prague for about 2 months through an exchange program (IAESTE) and met and hosted people through the program.
I am married and live with my husband and a male housemate. We've got plenty of couches and a backyard pool.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always wanted to go around the world to experience different cultures. I've been doing it on and off for years. I first got on couch surfing years ago in college but wasn't active because I didn't have my own place. I decided to get back on here because I am going to be dedicating at least the next 6 months to travel. I'd love to meet locals to go to your favorite hole-in-the-walls and discover the wonders around the world.
