I’m traveling the world from Alaska. Trying to see and experience everything I can, making as many connections as I can along the way.

I’m 25 years old, and have lived in Fairbanks, Alaska for all 25 of them. I decided to move and didn’t know where to, so this trip started and snowballed into a journey with no end. Exploring the Western US before hopping over to Australia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm traveling long term and the greatest thing about it so far has been meeting awesome people. Its the bulk of what's good about travel. Making connections is what it's all about. Plus it's cheap and I can potentially return the favor!

Oh, I've got tons of favorite music. Portugal. The Man, Tame Impala, Shpongle, Elephant Revival, Alt-J, Animal Eyes (an Alaskan band), lots of psytrance, Infected Mushroom, 1200 Mics...way too many to name yet I still consider them my all time favorite bands..

The Big Lebowski takes the cake on this. Basic, but I just can't stop loving it.

As far as books go, I've been digging some Jack Kerouac lately since I've been on the road. I Like classic literature too, but honestly reading is one of those things I love and never get around to.
