I'm an easy going person who likes meeting new people and experiencing different cultures.

I love seeing different things around the world. Being in one place for too long gives me ants in my pants and I feel the need to move and explore.

I'm a fan of history, especially political issues. By understanding the past you can better understand the present and predict the future. I'm still figuring out how to parlay this into predicting next weeks lottery numbers, but I'll get there.

Local knowledge really makes a city. Couchsurfing is a great way to make the most of a journey.

Interests

I've been snowboarding since I was 14, and love the sense of freedom it gives me. Being from the north of Russia, the cold is my friend and I've also wrestled a polar bear. We drank vodka together afterwards and we still keep in touch via Facebook.
