ABOUT ME

"The list of things I used to be, is longer than the list of things I am."
I am Rebecca, a former grad student (that has a much nicer ring to it than, "unemployed", don't you think?) and constant adventure-planner. I've been on couchsurfing sporadically for about two years.

I'm also a former news producer, and a future... disaster waiting to happen? I like people, almost to a fault. I really do believe that there's something good in everyone, and that usually you don't even have to dig that hard to find it. I love the Pacific NW, it's been a great adventure so far and I hope to keep finding new things to amuse myself!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted before, I have gone to outings and meetings, I love all of the people I've met so far and hope you're the next on the list. I am mainly interested in meeting up with people, as I just moved to the area and will be looking for new friends, and new activity partners!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I signed up for CS on my travels, when I was in need of a couch. Just thinking about hosting and traveling, meeting and engaging with people gives me goosebumps. I truly hope our paths may cross, I can't wait!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am pretty proud of the places I've seen and road trips travelled. Did you know Oregon has more scenic bi-ways than any other state? I'm easy to laugh, and would make a great sidekick to your super-hero.

Teach, Learn, Share

I do all of these things. Mostly learn though, and share. Teaching is an accident. I love to play tour guide, especially if you're interested in learning a bit more about microbrews and dive bars!
