Overview
About Me
I've been living by myself in Lyon. I've been sharing an apartment with a friend in Lyon. I've been sharing my bedroom with a girl in Santa Cruz (CA, USA), and the apartment with 7 other people. I've been sharing an apartment with a girl in Rennes. I've been sharing my apartment with 7 to 10 people in Lyon.
I feel like I'm kind of a grown up now with a job and an apartment by myself in Lyon, in the very center of Lyon.
Most of the people I've been living with remain really close friends. And every two years, I'm updating my profile and realize how things change.
However, for now, not many opportunities to host people, but definitely down for meeting you up, giving you tips!
I'm 27, love literature, cooking, sports (winter sports/handball/horse riding/boxing) and music. I used to play the guitar for quite a long time.
I have a quite broad range of friends, who I love and cherish. CS can help me broaden that! I love to talk with people, about serious, dumb and fun topics. I love to write, to read, to take pictures.
One of the thing I do most, is actually postponing stuffs. So, at the end of the day, during which i'll have probably procrastinated a lot, i'm likely to grab a beer to reward myself for my inefficiency. You can join me for that.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've hosted and surfed many times. I'm not one of those travelers who just conquer the world and stay at so many places. Those people do have all my consideration, and I've hosted a few. I've been hosting, sharing my views and my city with many couchsurfers. Now I'm more focused, my studies are over, but a part of me really want to keep things going on. Do not hesitate to contact me!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
During my stay in the US, I've been hosted about a week when I first arrived. I was gross, lost and confused by the US university system, and the airport had lost my luggage. But still, I felt good, CS is amazing to make you feel part of a whole!
During Springbreak, I went to Seattle, and spent 4 crazy nights. That's how I discovered that I loved martinis after all.
Then, my last CS experience abroad was in Chicago, where two different people hosted me, made me discover cool spots in Chicago, made me order chicken wings while listening to a blues session.
And in the last 2 years, I have hosted more couchsurfers than I ever did in my entire life. I used to live in one of the most authentic neighborhood in Lyon with other people. We were between 8 to 10 people to live here, like a big family, and we often hosted couchsurfers. That time was pretty sick!
