ABOUT ME

Nature lover with a very relaxing Mediterranean lifestyle. I often go hiking, swimming, gardening, and I do a wide range of holistic practices including yoga and meditation 🙏🙂

I love languages, and I can speak French, Italian, and English, still learning Maltese even though I’ve been living here for over 8 years!

I have a 5 year old son and we have a lot of fun together 😆

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

well, I'm open to any idea or opinion as the way people function is amazing, everyone is unique, so as well as exploring what others have to say I love giving people new perspectives on the world by sharing my own views and experiences.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted over 100 people in total when I was living in London and Paris. I’ve also surfed whilst travelling around quite a bit. I took a long break from couch surfing and just getting back to it now.

Interests

Music - Listening to whatever my mood dictates.
Playing jumbe at the moment, before i used to play the didgeridoo and a bit of guitar.

too many to comment on, but recently :

Songs of the Dying Earth. A few short stories by Kafka (depressssing) and Virginia Woolfe. Finished the series A Song of Ice and Fire.

The Magus - where an English Teacher travels to Greece! a very surreal, haunting and ultimately mysterious novel covering the very depths of the psyche's interaction with itself and the world around it.

le huitieme jour is the only modern film that has made me cry

Watching the Boondock anime series at the moment - hilarious :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seen : A boy become a man (my brother {myself aswell!}), my son in progress 😇

Done : Horseriding on a beach in Wales while it was snowing, seen the colombia ice field and drank some old water!
