ABOUT Me
I love travelling and make sure once every 3-4 months to pack my backpack and go places. I'm married, no kids, just a loving husband who's a freelancer and share the same enthusiasm with me: go out and see the world! After more than 8 years in the coporate world in Indonesia, I felt like I had enough and started to seek for a scholarship, mainly in Europe. Yes, for the education and yes, yes... for the traveling! Got one in 2014 for a Journalism Training in Hilversum, The Netherlands and a master degree scholarship in Aarhus, Demark until 2016. Europe, we are here!

PHILOSOPHY
I want to see the world, that's for sure. That's also the reason why I worked as a lifestyle journalist as I had the privilege to go to various places and countries. Just found my courage to get a diving certificate and have explored several great dive spots, including Aceh. Local food, that's for sure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because a place is just a place without knowing its locals. You know, like a body without a soul? Locals are the one who can show you around and give the actual experiences of places; the true essence of places you are going. The reason I want to get to know them!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Find the courage to scuba dive and earned a license!

This is something that I have wanted to do (ever since high school) but, damn, I finaly found the courage in 2012. I am still a rookie, a bit panic when deflating my BCD... but the underwater world is so breath-taking I just can't help myself to explore and be amazed!

Teach how to cook several local cuisine, speak Bahasa indonesia :)
