ABOUT ME

Usually I spend the whole day with living, this is extreme fascinating.

The most time I spend on a farm together with friends since 5 years, work with volunteers from all over there, do some short-time jobs, travel sometimes and try to simplify my live...in a way, that it often gets more difficult (but exciting :-).
I run a small metal workshop, love to repair or improve (technical) things, work with children sometimes.
I like having evenings together with friends, playing games, having some drinks, chatting and working together...

PHILOSOPHY

Knowledge is the only thing that nobody can steal you. So I keep on learning!

I offer my place to be for all kinds of people.
Now I'm travelling for at least 3 months and I will surf your couch soon!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted a lot people, but not all via CS. And surfed some couches in Sweden and made good new friends...

Interests

Just a small extract of my interests:
Having a nice time on earth, warm stoves, a glass red wine, a fat party sometimes, farming, construction, having good food & a healthy and sustainable live in many ways, hunting lost gloves, traveling, driving tractor, taking things apart to look inside, meet people with similar interests...
&
All kinds of renewable energy and technical stuff, all things with an engine or at least one gearwheel.
open source, CAD-construction, engineering.
I'm always looking for interesting projects or new things.

Music, Movies, and Books

Like music that doesn't cause ear-cancer. I haven't set any limitations to myself.
(Jazz, Funk, Break/BigBeat, Instrumental, Rock, Soul, Ska, Pop ... and combinations of that)
And Rock'n'Roll

I like most of Tarantino and Romero films, older from Peter Jackson.
Old adventure films (but in black/white)

Mostly specialized books about energy systems, ecological building, technics,...
I will start to read novels and all these stuff when I get older

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bought a 150 year old farm and restoring it together with friends. Every day a new experience.
Helped a cow giving birth in Sweden.

Tried to hitchhike in Sweden...impossible!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach:
metal works...such as welding, repairing machines
Engineering, CAD Construction
Building with clay and all other materials
Gardening
electrics, plumping
wind- and solar power
running combustion engines on plantoil or woodgas
actually a little bit of all ;-)
I now something about non-violent communication...a key for understanding others and solve problems.

I'm eager to learn all new things...what this is, differs from time to time.
