A bit shy at times, I can be really outgoing once you get to know me.
I'm the biggest nerd about movies, TV shows, books, and everything fandom related. I gladly share my passions with others. I also like being surrounded by nature and animals (huge dog person!), and I especially love my two chickens: HeiHei and Tatin.
I'm a bookseller specialized in Children's Literature who doesn't really know what to do with her life yet. I like to write and take pictures. Maybe work in entertainments some day?
I can't stand injustices and dishonesty. What I look for in life? Genuine acts of kindness and bravery. I love to smile and laugh, enjoy the quiet moments of life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm new on Couchsurfing! I've never done that before and I'm really excited to start :)

Although I hide it pretty well, I have anxiety: travelling and meeting new people is a big deal to me. I've always wanted to discover the world and share genuine moments with others, but I've been too afraid to actually do it. Until now.

Music: I love all kinds of music (mostly rock/pop/swing/electro-swing), but I'm really passionate about soundtracks and scores. My all-time favorite composers are Hans Zimmer, John Powell, Alan Silvestri, Junkie XL, Thomas & David Newman, Howard Shore, Alan Menken, Alexandre Desplat, Rachel Portman, Philip Glass, etc.

Movies: SO. MANY.
Matilda, The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, everything by Spielberg (The Color Purple and Hook are my favorites), everything by Joss Whedon, Arsenic and Old Lace, Spaceballs (and all of Mel Brooks' movies), The Goonies, Cloud Atlas, Garden State, Forrest Gump, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Mad Max Fury Road, Will Hunting, Lilo & Stitch, Beauty and the Beast, The Cornetto Trilogy, Mrs Doubtfire, One Week, The Illusionist, Willow, Austenland, Waitress, The Freedom Writers Diary, etc.

Basically, anything nerdy. Chuck might be my all-time favorite. With Firefly.
