Overview
About Me
My first “real” travel experience was in my senior year at College (UCSB). I participated in a unique backpacking program, studying ecological systems in the Indian Himalayas. Backpacking through mountain villages in the Himalayas and staying with natives who have never seen Westerners before was incredibly surreal to say the least. Ever since that trip I have been on the hunt for more raw experiences that alter my perspective on what I think I know about the world and humanity.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am from Idaho and will be bikepacking across Europe for a couple of months. Would love to meet some awesome locals and get the insider scoop. This is my first time traveling solo in Europe so any tips, hints and couches are welcome :)

Teach, Learn, Share
I am a great listener and love learning about local histories and hearing peoples stories. Once a good chord is struck I can get off on a tangent about my own travel stories and various educations. Everyone has some knowledge/wisdom to offer in my opinion.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Many stories, an easygoing attitude and some good laughs.
