Raised in New Zealand, with a practical mindset. Have travelled as a child with my family, and am now continuing as an adult. We never couchsurfed, but it looks like the best way to visit a country in a respectful way: speaking the local language, learning how to give hospitality, and learning the true local culture.

-PRESENT-

More and more my travels (and life in general) are being defined and punctuated by meditation. I haven't found a more important excercise, practice or museum that has as much to teach, or is more useful. If you meet me, be prepared, as it governs my actions and narrows my attention. I may be boring for you :)

Free-form travelling for six months, learning a new lifestyle. Who will I meet? What will happen? Ive found it's a rather uncomfortable way of life for me personally, I'm learning to take it at a much slower pace, because I find quite a lot of adjustment is necessary.

I am generally quite quiet, but very chatty when I feel comfortable and getting along with people, or when I feel like I have something to contribute 😁 I love philosophical conversation, how should we best conduct ourselves? Are we "moral"?

-FUTURE-

I don't know. Go back to my job/career? After only two months of this world tour, I'm not certain what I will do when my time is up. There are many ways to live, and perhaps I'll end up doing more than one of those in the next decades.

I have not verified on CS yet, I am trialling the concept but I understand there must be mutual trust, so I will be happy to prove myself to you however you require it for your comfort. If I find value here, I intend to verify.

I am a regular meditation practicioner (typically mindfulness)

At home I have a regular yoga practice, but this has changed while I've been travelling. I would love to be a guest at a local class wherever I go.

If you can teach me a dance, I would be grateful. Let's find some music and let go :)
