CURRENT MISSION

To travel through Russia and explore how it really is, not how it is portrayed back home. Ever since I was a boy growing up listening to my fathers travel stories I've had to see it for myself.

I have a thirst for knowledge and understanding, why are things the way they are. This is why I fit with engineering but also this curiosity gives rise to inspiration where I have to write, talk about the world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have just joined as some people I met reccomended it very highly. I thought I'd join. When I get back to Oz I would love to have someone stay and show them the things that are great about where I live and I don't mean the opera house. Seeing a place through the eyes of someone who has an inherent understanding of the place can only be a good thing.

Books; So many, I wish I could make reading books my life. A couple though Grapes of Wrath, anything by hemmingway, thousand years of solitude etc etc etc

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Went to Africa for 6 months volunteering and traveling. It was the most amazing thing I've done.

I'm good with my hands and understanding how stuff works, i get great satisfaction from fixing things. For me its like a thearapy. Learning, well I have only really recently started learning in a formal sense again when I started to try to pick up russian. But everyday is a lesson.
