Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am planning to travel a lot very soon so it would be great to surf few couches - and new friends to travel with - not that I don't like old ones. I like meeting new people. No matter how you look - no matter what your status is - what matters is how human and humane you are :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Beautiful and wonderful. But Couchsurfing in India is little weird, though not absolutely. People are more keen on hosting girls only and guys are generally not hosted by girls.

That might be because probably people are looking only for carnal enjoyment than mental pleasures achieved through great friendships, relations, nature etc.

Interests

Knowledge, spirituality, Yoga, Reading, History, Museums, Intelligence, Good talks, New friends, Knowing more people, Understanding the world, Trekking.

Trying new food, I have started to develop interest in music these days. Let us seee where it goes.

I am crazy for Cheese - Want to try all the kinds and differently cooked cheese under the sun - A poor hobby otherwise as it adds much to weight. :P

Music, Movies, and Books

Books - Numerous. I have my own small home library.

Music - Something simpler like that by Enrique, Some Punjabi, Some hindi, Ghazals, Some classical - Music of any kind but not hardcore country music :)

Movies - I liked intense movies, meaningful art, documentaries, I am fond of film festivals. Traditional cinema generally bores me though recently Gravity shook me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On 500cc motor bike to Rohtang Pass, had a fall from Parachute coz it folded in middle while falling, getting lost in Desert in Rajasthan at 2 a.m.

There is so much injustice in world - men and women are not even aware of their exploitation

I want just to create that awareness as I feel once aware everything rest will follow on its own
