ABOUT ME
My name's Anthony, I'm 26 years old and I'm a former surfer who wants to start hosting. I'm currently an intern away from home where In rent a room, but I plan on getting an apartment in Montreal this summer, where I will surely host to give back what have been given to me. I'm a pretty fun guy, i guess, and I get along well with just about anyone. I'm the kind of guy who will flip his lucky quarter to make really important decisions that I don't really want to make. I have never been stressed out and I don't think I will ever be. I guess I try to say yes as much as I can, no matter what the question is. Also, if you want me to host you, it is mandatory that you quote a famous character in your request/answer, so I can see that you at least took the time to read my profile. See you soon, maybe!
PHILOSOPHY
Taking it easy, taking life as it comes and not being stressed by anything. Ever.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As I was born and raised in one of Canada's most boring small cities, I never really hosted anybody. But I'll live in Montreal in a few months, which will greatly increase the odds of people showing interest in surfing my couch. I surfed a few times and I loved the experience, so I thinks it's only fair that I start hosting too.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Surfed 6 times, once in Belgium, once in Switzerland, once in France, once in Montreal and twice in Brisbane. Always great people and great stories.
Interests
I like hanging out, sports in general, I looove to play hockey (I'm a goaltender), played american football in college, currently learning to play the bass guitar. And, let's be honest, playing some classic games on a Nintendo 64 with a few beers once in a while is freaking awesome.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love old crappy punk rock classics like Blink 182 that I grew up listening to. I never really evolved from that.
Books: I'm a HUGE fan of the "A sonf of ice and fire" serie, but now that I finished it, I'm always looking for new titles, so if you have any suggestion, feel free to tell me.
Shows: I usually prefer movies and series in which anybody can understand the main jokes, but you need some culture to understand completely, like South Park.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
3 guys, 2 months, 15 countries. That was kind of amazing. Also, I spent 5 months in Australia, which was great!
Teach, Learn, Share
CULTURES! That's the most important thing I want to learn and share. Also, I can teach you about american sports, like hockey and american football. I would love to learn about any sport I don't know the rules (ex: I'm currently learning the rules of cricket). And if you have tips about playing the bass guitar, I'd be glad to take them. Oh and I can show you Quebec's swear words, which are, I believe, the best in the world.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Fiji, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City State
Countries I’ve Lived In
