About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To fully participate and experience my local and global community through teaching, learning and laughing

ABOUT ME

I love to laugh as much as possible. No-money-fun is preferred. For example, bike-riding, cartwheels, spontaneous sing-alongs, music, reading, laughing, swimming in bodies of water, outdoor concerts and eating delicious pal-prepared meals. In my mind Free = Fantastic!! That's why I feel CS is the perfect fit for me and probably the best way to find others that enjoy cheap thrills as much as I do.

PHILOSOPHY

another J.M Barrie quote please....

"To live would be an awfully great adventure!"

How I live my adventure....

by the love my family, my friends and my community

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

An adventure to unknown places is always better when there's someone that can show you where all the nicks and crannies are. A host can reveal all of those hidden treasures to you and I hope to be that for anyone that's interested. Right now I'll just be surfing, but I'd love to grab a coffee with anyone that wants to check out Minneapolis and I definitely plan on having a couch ready for surfers in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Been fantastic thus far!!
Found a place to stay last minute when my friend and I were in Portland with this crazy/awesome/welcoming house of people! I've also been able to meet loads of people through the CS network at different events.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Brussels 2008 -- danced around a famous suicide spot outside the city hall in Grand Place. The architect drove himself crazy about the unequal proportions of his creation - SO crazy that he eventually jumped off its highest point. It started out as a small group of strangers then more and more people joined in. Soon after, a cellist starting playing, and singing and clapping could be heard all throughout the square.
