I'm a university student born and raised in California to an average american middle-class family. From a young age I've always sought new experiences and have always had a desire to travel and seek discomfort. After living in Korea for a year, I have been continuously seeking to create similar experiences in foreign places, as to me there really is nothing quite like making oneself fully vulnerable to a new place and the people you meet on the journey. Traveling wouldn't be nearly as special without the people, who are truly what make these adventures so invigorating.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm in a very beautiful time in my life where I have relatively low home responsibility, which is allowing me to try traveling a bit more. Whenever I travel, I always find my experience is far greater with the company of newly-made friends, so I figure CouchSurfing is a great way to continue doing just that!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I bicycled across the United States with a group of random people in 2017. Altogether we covered roughly 3500mi / 5600km and made memories I will not soon forget.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Beyond an open heart and a desire to connect, I can share my house-keeping abilities such as cleaning and general home maintenance, as well as bicycle repair skills. As a bicycle shop worker of over 5 years, I would be happy to assist with any fixes, advice, etc.
