Overview
About Me
I Studied to be a geologist and have worked for the past 6 years in the diamond mining industry. I have traveled in that time to Vietnam and Thailand for shorter periods.
The end of 2016 I left my full time job to travel South America starting at the end of January 2017.
I would descripe myself and as an easy going relaxed person, enjoying both times with out with friends socializing at the bar or at home chilling but also enjoy the time spent on my own escaping from the world and processing my thoughts.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To really have the authentic travel experience of meeting a local who knows the in's and outs of their area and to share stories of our experiences.
Interests
As a geologist I am obviously interested in the natural world around me and have always loved nature and its surreal beauty and scale. When I am not in the wilderness looking at rocks I have a love for Japanese tuning cars especially Subarus. I own one which I drive and races on the weekends and has become a real passion and great sense of community as part of the Subaru club of South Africa

Teach, Learn, Share
