About Me

i describe myself as a friendly and loyal being... i like to travel and walk around without haste. Always looking for new things to learn, to share, to see..

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

because traveling isn't just about beautiful and new places is about people, the human component of traveling is very important for me.. when i go somewhere i like to learn about the culture, the manners, the words the local people use, and i think that with couchsurfing i can get as much as possible of the experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

for music i like almost everything, no restrictions. movies... well, i like sci-fi movies, like back to the future, i'm legend, i robot, interstellar, inception.. some other good movies like the pursuit of happyness, the untouchables, life is beautiful, inglorious bastards... and about books, well i have two.. the first is "And the Mountains Echoed" by Khaled Hosseini the other one is "Le voleur d'ombres" by Mark Levy

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i worked for almost a year in one small village in the middle of the desert called Nazareth, located in the north part of colombia.
my team and i had to install an electric power plant based on renewable energies. it was a project financed by the government to help all the natives to have a reliable source of electric energy.. before that project they only had 5 hours of electricity a day.. now they have 24h.. it has benefited almost 2000 autochthonous people and changed their lives in so many good ways.

Teach, Learn, Share

i know how to make some models of modular origami, i also like to think that i have a "higher than the average" understanding of the electric and electronic devices (computers, networks, appliances, all that electric stuff) it has helped me to save a lot of money on repairings over the years, i would like to learn anything related with handcrafting or cooking something new and delicious, but it can really be anything.. i'm open to everything.

What I Can Share with Hosts

experiences, a good time, my spanish skills, if you're looking for someone to practice it, i always can cook something, i can be a 2 Co-Op partner, i like to help always!!
