About Me

I've always enjoyed travelling and experiencing what's on offer around the world; I find myself intrigued by the differences between the places I go but also by the similarities they share.

I've recently left my job and am looking to travel on a more long-term basis and I hope to see as much of the world and the people in it as I can whilst I have the opportunity. I'm not sure where my journey will take me but I know it'll be an adventure!

I built a Reggae & Dub soundsystem with friends, I do track days in my car and I enjoy a bit of DIY.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travel is as much about people as it is places; what better way to meet & learn about the people that live in the places you go than to stay with them? I've met some awesome people through couch surfing and I want that to continue!

I can't host at the moment but I hope to in the future.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a lot of Reggae and Dub but I have a love for Metal & Hip Hop too. I like to chill with some relaxed ambient electronic music or some piano.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In August & September 2017 I did a road trip from NYC to SF over 4 weeks, couch surfing along the way and seeing some amazing parts of the US.

Back in the UK I spent a lot of time running a Dub/Reggae sound system with my friends. We did a 4500Km round trip with our sound system to Bass Camp festival in Poland. It was a fantastic opportunity to see some parts of Europe I'd never seen and I'll never forget setting up my tent in the dark during a thunderstorm!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my stories and experiences and I enjoy cooking so I'd be happy to help with that! I'm fairly good at fixing stuff too, maybe that could come in handy?

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United States
