ABOUT ME

Hey, everybody!

We're a teacher and a finance analyst living just outside Kuala Lumpur. Gary's from the US, and John is Malaysian. We both love to meet interesting people over a beer or coffee. We enjoy sharing the sights and tastes of KL with others and hope to explore other countries soon.

Stories are meant to be shared. If you've lived and experienced something, others should know about it.

Interests

Travel: Obviously.

Social life: I'm the kind of person who needs to go out and see new things. I prefer to have interesting people to go with.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: I'll talk to anyone about any book whether I've read it or not. If you have recommendations, I will likely take them, read them, and pass them on.

Movies: Comedy and Horror, or a lovely mix of the two, are always treats. Sometimes, we can dip into the drama pool. Favorite directors are Guillermo del Toro, Steven Spielberg, and George Lucas (pre-neck wattle).
