Interests
My favorite hobby is cooking. I love spending hours making homemade Bolognese sauce (foodie girlfriend approves). Other favorite dishes are dal channa curry with basmati rice and chapatti bread, and vegetable fried rice from scratch. I make a mean pizza which I'd make for you... only if you can supply the proper tools (i.e. if you've equipped your kitchen like a commercial bakery like I did...thanks countless restaurant supply stores, William Sonoma, Bed Bath & Beyond). I enjoy beer and wine tasting and of course alcohol/food pairing.
I'm passionate about exploring in general, but am interested in physics, food science, engineering, and learning and discovering new knowledge. My hobbies include working out (points if you know what bricking is), reading about food, cars, data mining/statistics (for work...). I'm a car enthusiast (especially German and Italian) and enjoy spirited drives on windy open roads with minimal police presence.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One moment that really stands out is the experience of flying over Hoover Dam at low altitude on my way to Las Vegas. The view was incredible, and the scale of the canyon genuinely made me feel small.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love understanding how and why things work..anything from biology to mechanical engineering to molecular gastronomy. I can teach you how to fix something around the house to how to change your brakes.
I'd love to learn about different cultures.
