ABOUT ME

My name is Gary and I am 31 years old. I'm a very spontaneous person, and I love traveling. I've lived all over California, and have met so many people while doing it. I was living in Honolulu, Hawaii on the island of Oahu for over 2 years. I was a student there at The University of Hawaii at Manoa, and studying Hotel Management. A lot of my background has to do with the service industry. While I am a student I am a waiter at a fine dining restaurant on the side. I love the sun and I the ocean. I am really good at meeting new people, because I really enjoy learning about other cultured outside of Ameirca.

PS I have had this account active for 3 years, just never pursued it, because I was always staying in hostels everywhere I traveled. But now I realize couch surfing is like meeting new people in hostels, you come out of it with great friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Its another way of networking for me. I have met people from all over the world during my travels, in all different kinds of hostels, and I feel networking is the way to keep on meeting new people all the time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been traveling around the world for almost 2 years now. I am taking a little break working in Las Vegas to continue my travels, where I will go back to Australia in December, and start my travels from there.

I am a really open minded person, and would like to know about their culture too.
