About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To travel the world, meet new people and have fun!

ABOUT ME

Easy going and fun guy, fairly adventurous too. I'm currently preparing to move to New Zealand.

PHILOSOPHY

Wow, this got deep quickly!

I guess I'm a very enthusiastic person. I always try to give my best at everything I take the time to do. Although I don't get too bent out of shape when things don't work out; at least I get a good pub story out of the consequences of trying hard. Even when what I'm trying is stupid.

I think traveling has really helped me to appreciate the world and people around me -trying not to sound cliche- and take my time to appreciate things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am happy to host fun and enthusiastic people in New Zealand when I get there and also in Brighton as I have done previously.

Until then I would like to occupy a couple of sofa's on my way to NZ!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a couple if people I have met on my travels in Brighton, giving them the tour of the sights.

I have stayed with CS hosts in the UK but not abroad before so exciting times!

Interests

I enjoy being active, I like Rugby, running, cycling, swimming...

I also like hanging out with friends, going to gigs. Normal stuff really!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to read. My favourite books are the kite runner, Peter Kay's auto-biography and the Harry Potters. I also enjoy reading modern classics like a brave new world and the Alchemist.

I love movies but couldn't break down a top five as I think it really depends on what mood you are in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Played rugby at Twickenham Stadium

Teach, Learn, Share

As a Physio I should be of use to anyone with any sporting or other muscle/joint injuries. I am qualified in several massage techniques which I am, of course, more than happy to share.

I can share a couple of beers while watching a film or shouting at a sports game.

I would love to learn the piano, I started lessons before I went away.

I would also love to learn a few more languages as my French (my strongest) is very limited.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, China, Cyprus, Estonia, Fiji, France, Gibraltar, Italy, Laos, Malaysia, Morocco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In
