About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learn as much as I can on everything that exists.

ABOUT ME

I am a sort of hybrid between an artist and an intellectual. I am interested in all sorts of things: music, languages, science, trips, photography, politics... actually there isn't much stuff that doesn't turn me on intellectually. You will find in me somebody that won't be bored by anything you have to tell me, whether you study or work in organic chemistry, ancient greek art or commercial law! I doubt there is any limit to my curiosity, and when my friends tell me: «I must be boring you so badly by telling you about that»... usually they're wrong! I lived for 2 and half years in Vienna, Austria, which was an amazing experience to live, but I'm now back and I should be Montreal-bound for a while.

PHILOSOPHY

Learn as much as you can!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host when I'm home in Montreal, and I try as much as possible to use Couchsurfing while travelling, may it be to meet locals for a beer or to stay at somebody's place!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have yet hosted here in Montreal. I can say that the experience was worth it: meeting interesting people, discussing, learning on other cultures... My own impression and appreciation of Montreal itself has really changed through my different encounters.

I've also Couchsurfed in Europe and all my experiences there were absolutely fantastic! I can't imagine any better way of traveling around than doing that, meeting people from where I go... As one of my hosts said: Couchsurfing is one of the very few things in the world where you pay less and get more!

Interests

Life! I am very curious to learn about everything, but of course, classical music, photography, history, politics and natural sciences are winners for me.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite composers are Bach, Prokofieff and Ravel! I like other kinds of music as well. I'm also a big fan of various TV series, among which Big Bang Theory, HIMYM, Game of thrones (but I was fan of the books waaaay before!), The Walking Dead, Doctor Who, Boardwalk Empire...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There I really cannot choose. I've had highlights in all my trips, and while staying home. I guess seeing a concert in Berlin Philharmony was an incredible experience!

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a lot of stuff about a lot of things, I guess I can't really teach how to play the piano since it takes a lot of time, but I can tell you about classical music, its history, I can talk about canadian politics, teach french...
