Overview
About Me
We are a french couple travelling together around the world for about a year (or until we run out of money!). We are relaxed and fun (we think so!) And love to meet people from around the world. For us the best experience we could possibly have is to live like a local for a week. For example, when we visit Paris, we want to live like a Parisian rather than crash out in an international hostel that could be the same anywhere in the world.
Sandra is a decorator and likes sweets, hippos, napping, shopping, and travelling for inspiration for her decorating. She also says 'oh la la' a lot!
Gaspard likes a bargain, music and sports (basketball especially), at home he is a physiotherapist.
We look forward to meeting you and finding out about your country!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet people. It's simple. If we are travelling somewhere we want to experience how the people living there live! There is no better way than to couchsurf and stay with a local host. We hope to share experiences (like dancing and cooking together) and we would live to tell you a little about France too.
Interests
Cooking, dancing, music (live music and gigs), shopping, sport (watching and playing. In New York Gaspard 's best experience was playing basketball in a playground with local people, trash talking and having a laugh with them), travel, hiking, reading fiction.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Parov Stellar, john butler trio, rolling stones, herbie hanchock, Cassius, Chinese man, Cesaria Evora... lots of different genres, African music is good (as long as the speakers are good) and we would like to explore some more of it. We love music!
and live music!!!
Films: Friends TV show is Sandra 's favourite! Gaspard likes comedies and french romantic comedies. Old boy, usual suspects, gone girl...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed Kilimajaro! Because it was so tough but so beautiful and felt special to be at the top of Africa. Build a school in tanzania witn a ONG.
Snowboarding the Alps in the fresh snow, it's super cool.
Sleeping on the beach among the wildlife also. We are lucky!
Teach, Learn, Share
We can teach a little french! And Spanish as Sandra's family is from Chilie. We can also show you some physio massages if you have any sports Injuries! We love to cook also. We can teach you about wine too.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We will bring good company, we would be happy to make a good meal, we love a conversation and we seem to make our fellow travellers laugh a lot, so hopefully we can make you laugh too!
