ABOUT ME

Currently teaching English, or at least trying to, in the north of France. Since I am technically an employee of France, I get to participate in all of their holidays! Which means, I'm employed by the country for all of 7 months and I get 8 weeks of vacation; not too shabby. I want to see as much of Europe as I can while I'm living here.

I'm a bit crazy and always up for a good adventure. I love to do things that you might not always find typical when visiting a new place.

I love reading, traveling, music, and fashion.

PHILOSOPHY

I live by the idea that you should regret nothing in your life, everything that you've done has shaped you to be the person you are now.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just signed up, so I am learning the ropes of this system. I hope to become a more active member over the next few months.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couch surfing... was basically the story of my life for the year leading up to coming back to France. I had moved home with my parents and as much as I love them, I needed to get away most weekends. Seeing as how I had just finished college, I didn't have much money, so I was constantly sleeping on friend's couches, floors, in their closets, wherever I could fit.

I'll give anything a try. My favorite movies are horror movies. I like so many books it's not easy to classify. I like rock and alternative music, but I also listen to old country music, folk, rap, and pop.

I know a lot about photography and can answer a lot of questions pertaining to travel photography. I speak French and English. I always know where the good shops are.
