About Me

Good day good people!

I kind of learned that a little story tells more about a man than descriptive adjectives. So let me tell a fragment of mine:
After traveling Canada and spending well over half of the year on the Pacific, fishing for all kinds of sea goodies (prawns, salmon, tuna, sea urchins) I realized how much I enjoyed being on the blue waters. So afterwards joined my friend from Canadian Coast guard to sail around Southeast side of Vancouver Island for a while. And that just made me totally fall in love with sailing and people who do this.

After an astonishing year in Canada I took my time enjoying United States as well. I bought a car in Vancouver Island and entered US to have my best roadtrip ever. Down the west coast: Washington and it's gorgeous Olympic Peninsula, breathtaking Oregon coast, friendly north California and humongous LA area, then stayed for a while in the heart of route 66, Kingman, Arizona meeting amazing people there and having time of my life! then all the way down to Hayes, Virginia, on the York River.

But that was not over yet. I needed to get back home in northern-eastern Europe. Atlantic ocean lied in between. I was welcomed aboard a sailboat by two fine gentlemen. And it seemed to be great until plans of those sailors changed. So I had to come up with something and quick. In other words I had to find another boat that was crossing Atlantic and expect that they will welcome me in just few days notice. Well... that boat was in Carribean... So I spent my last money to get to British Virgin Islands, get on the boat and off we go across Altantic.

I love stories. Everybody have them. I am looking forward to listen out Yours.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couchsurfing is mostly because it aligns greatly with my philosophy of sharing, adventuring, meeting people and learning about this beautiful world.

I believe that each of us has something to give and has something to be given to by others.

Interests

DND, board games, snowboarding, mountains, making friends, laughing as much as possible, exploring the inner and outer worlds

Music, Movies, and Books

I would always appreciate good old classic rock, alternative rock, classical music, metal sometimes. Lately my attention in music drifts towards texhno and drum n bass.
I mean it depends really- that's why I am curious what others listen to. Yoy people always share something good.

I am quite a fantasy geek. So the lost long and full of terrors here..

When it comes to movies and animes and content.. oh boy. That is a conversation to be had! So.. much . Content..!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Risky trip I did in north America has a lot to offer for this section.

Surviving a sinking boat and dealing with major technical problems continiously occuring during the winter fishing season. Riding boats in heavy weathers. Getting lost in mountain valley forrest. Being in complete wilderness for weeks. Meeting some really amazing people and hearing their stories some of which are absolutely unbelievable. NOT falling of a cliff with a car. Lots of fun stuff :D

And New Zealand. Ohh. NZ and friends i made there! They are the best!

Teach, Learn, Share

Important and urget: I am willing to learn business making. Looking for serious mentor in this field.

Not important and not urgent: learn piloting drones, diving and snowboarding.

Important and not urgent: spirituality enriching activities

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good time. Stories. Humor. A social drink if You are up to it? A special kind of smoke is my preference though if we come to using substances :D

Where ever our memorable encounter would lead us really.

But mostly my deep interest in You. I really enjoy getting to know these amazing people who host couchsurfers.
