About Me
Hey there! I’m Gaurav, based in sunny Rockhampton, Australia. I run a solar panel installation business and genuinely enjoy meeting new people, making sales, and discovering new places. I occasionally drive Uber and DoorDash too – I enjoy the freedom and the fun interactions along the way.

I live with my lovely wife, my cute little baby daughter, and my wonderful mom – family means everything to me.

I’m a passionate cricketer who plays as an opening swing bowler (pendulum pace, for those who know!). I also enjoy hiking, road trips, and deep, meaningful conversations. I’m into healthy living, follow a vegetarian lifestyle, and am always up for trying local, plant-based food wherever I go.

Travel is in my soul – I’ve explored all of Australia, India, and New Zealand, and have also journeyed through the Americas, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Couchsurfing to me is about genuine human connections, sharing stories, and experiencing life through others’ eyes.
