About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be elsewhere...

ABOUT ME

I generally don't worry about much to be honest. Can't we all just get along?

PHILOSOPHY

If you don't create your reality, your reality will create you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By regaling some of my life experience's, such as being raised on a farm and having the privelege to attend a good secondary school and to spend a year in Europe meeting lots of interesting people. My experiences at University studying and organising events, playing sports etc... An interesting semester in Sweden on an exchange program. Working for the man now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Several experiences. Bristol, Barcelona, Basel and Wroclaw. I was helped out by some really considerate members whom I thank for sharing their experiences with me. Trying to host in Sydney if I can convince my flatmates to let people crash on the couch.

Interests

Reading, cycling, sports, cooking and talking to new people. Toohey's OLD.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Helping my father successfully pull out a calf from her dying mother, raise it by hand-feeding and watch it turn into an award winning bull over the years. The bull's name was "Hassler" because he always created a problem

Ask me about the time I was ran over by a 1200 kg bull....

Teach, Learn, Share

Knowledge I've learnt would be to not sleep in an airport (bad experiences there) and to always have an escape route. haha. But I found that when I started travelling I planned too many details. Now I have found that it's better in my position (usually travelling alone) to go with the flow, as it opens possibilities. Generally you will always find someone to help you if you are in trouble, had so many kind people help me when travelling, such as in Milan had no idea where my hostel was, all I knew was the Metro station closest, so I asked the first random I saw and they walked me there!
