I grew up in a small town and tend to stick to those roots. I enjoy meeting new people and trying new things. I am very laid back and try to go with the flow of life.

PHILOSOPHY

We are all graced with these beautiful human bodies and minds. This lifetime is a rare opportunity to explore the meaning of existence. I try to live a spiritual life and my ultimate goal is to help the injured heal to their full potential

I love the outdoors. Backpacking is my favorite outdoor activity but I also enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, slacklineing, running and a variety of sports.
I love to cook in the family setting.

I like to read. Issac Asimov is one of my favorite athors. Some other books that I have recently read that I liked were "the Master and Margarita" by Mikhail Bulgakov.

I went on a 21 day solo backpacking trip in the mountains of Idaho.

I have been in the restaurant industry for a long time and would be happy to give anyone a cooking lesson. My skills in the home setting are limited but I love a challenge. As a massage therapist and yoga teacher I am happy to share some tricks from both of those trades.
I love learning about spirituality. I am always open to learn more about food, yoga, massage and health.
