CURRENT MISSION

Discover different landscapes and people from all around the globe. Share their way of life, give a bit of miy time to help them and share my experiences... and why not a little portrait :)
For now : our goal with my friend is to drive south to the end of the world (Tierra del Fuego - Ushuaïa) and go all the way up to Colombia with our little VW bus.

ABOUT ME

I am passionate about arts, particularly Stained glass and Comics books. I love to travel all around the world ( Europe and South East Asia, North America and now South America ) and draw all what i see ( people, landscape, cities, scenes of everyday life...) to create travel books. I prefer to escape the touristic places and always search for wild landscapes or little cities. When i'm traveling i also love to discover local food and meet local people, because they are the best to explain to me the place where i arrive. I like to go to live music sessions or festivals and to see movies.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For the moment i'm "homeless" because I and my partner are travelling for a little while in our VW van, but we may be occasionaly searching for a couchsurfer (IE in big cities for a parking spot or a shower!) and of course to share a bit of our travel experience ! I can help if needed and i like to communicate with my host. And later, when we will go back to Canada, we will be pleased to welcome couch surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have already slept home stay in Asia particularly a very good experience in Cambodia. We met a guy from the Philippines who invited us ( my friend and me) to go to his home and share a good meal. He was so kind that we went several times at his home in Phnom Penh.
We also did an amazing roadtrip all around Canada and a part of the USA in 2014 and almost only splet by couchsurfers. All of them were truly amazing and wonderful people with whom we shared great memories, times (and beers :) ).

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The most amazing thing i have done is to draw and talk about daily life and politics with a young burmese man at the top of a temple in Bagan ( in Burma), during the strong dictatorship.

I speak French, so i can teach at everyone who want to learn this language. Canada is not my first travel, so i can share my experience with my host if her wants too travel. With my friend we can teach french cooking, photography or drawing. To me, helping my host is the minimum i can do !!
