About Me

CURRENT MISSION

MAKE UNDERSTAND ANYONE THAT FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA DOES NOT MEAN JUST VENEZIA...MAYBE THE LITTLE FRIULI IS NOT SO WORST AND LESS ATTRACTIVE THAN THAT FAMOUS CITY CALLED VENICE..

ABOUT ME

I'm an outgoing, honest and happy guy.I love smiling as much as possible in my life.Sometimes I love staying in company and having fun with my few friends and sometimes I want to stay by myself, somewhere out of the crowd.I love feeling new emotions and when i'm on the road soaking up the best of the countries' cultures I'm visiting.Staying with young kids means for me great time and the today experience as a football trainer is awesome

PHILOSOPHY

Smile and be happy as much as possible...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

An Irishman taught me this quote, in my last summer travel..."There are no strangers, just good friends I've never met"..I think this quote could cope with couchsurfing style...isn't it?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

the first two ones were absolutely great

Interests

Football, first of all.I'm a great supporter of my hometown team,Udinese.I support Celtic FC as well, thanks to my magic experiences in Scotland and Ireland.I play football for a local team and anything is about football attracts my attention!!!..I love many other sports,as well(basketball is the runner up,then rugby...).Movies,travel books, internet are good way outs from the routine.I love traveling n meeting new mates for a chat or anything that may mean fun.I love pubs atmosphere(irish or scottish pubs).I love hiking, cycling, hitchhiking(it's a great unique way to approach to other people especially coz when anyone pick u up somehow consider u trustworthy,it's a good start).

Music, Movies, and Books

Braveheart,The Gladiator,Into the wild...
Irish-scottish folk country music."I'm yours" by J.Mraz my fav song, followed by a song dedicated to my beloved second country,Scotland..I talk about "Caledonia",Paolo Nutini's version.I love many sorts of music,I love mix styles(like J.Mraz or Bedouin Soundclash,if u got it).
Travel books written by Bill Bryson.Nick Hornby ones about Arsenal' madness..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-a pub crawl, occurred in a capital or a small village with other mates met 5 minutes before in the hostel
-football matches lived where the passion for the game is at its best.Udinese's matches get me crazy(Uefa cup quarter finals match, return game was incredible)
-Celtic vs Rangers at the Paradise...the Old Firm is a great rivalry..any football fan gotta feel this experience.
-get in touch with different cultures, chatting in hostel room or in a pub.
-Interrail throughout Europe

Teach, Learn, Share

When I started to travel as a backpacker,my horizons over the life increased a lot.My experiences so far are related especially with british and irish lands. The first thing that got stuck inside my heart was the kindness offered by anyonne, both in a pub and in a station or a country road.Though I was a lonely backpacker I've never felt a stranger,I was aware somehow even when I would have been in trouble someone would have helped me and find a way out.
