I don't believe in human's consistency over time. Hence, there can only be a non-estimatable huge subset of philosophy. Anyway, playing with thoughts is fun, yäy!

Change the paradigm. For that purpose, everything can be of use: music, art in general, philosophy, but also the sciences, meditation, traveling, sitting on a stone and watch the sky - all that stuff.
