As I travel the US on this road trip, one of my goals is to connect with amazing people along the way! Staying with people in their homes has been an incredible way to connect and learn about different lifestyles and I love swapping stories around a kitchen table.

My aim is to be a mindful guest - I'm happy to share and help with cooking and cleaning. I'll be working as I'm traveling as well so hope to find a quiet corner to work with my clients virtually and record interviews for my podcast.

Nature lover. Always up for a hike or exploring the outdoors - which led to my study of feng shui and biophilic design.

Lately I've been watching lots of Disney Pixar movies LOL. Anything that reminds me of traveling and far away lands like Moana. Also love classics like Love Actually, 5th Element, Empire Records, etc.

As far as music, if I'm playing a station on Spotify it's normally Andy Grammer, Michael Franti, Jason Mraz, Latin, Sunday Soul... love anything I can sing to or groove to.

For books, right now I'm reading Braiding Sweetgrass and loving it. I normally have about 5 books going at once... some other favorites: A New Earth, The Artist's Way, Ask and It Is Given, How Yoga Works

- Hiked to the Eastern most point in Australia and sat on glorious beaches in Byron Bay
- Slid down the side of the Great Wall of China on a little metal cart
- Scuba dived in the Philippines
- Explored South Korea while teaching english for a year
