About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To endlessly broaden and absorb never-ending horizons.

ABOUT ME

I'm 34 years old, from Queens, New York, and I love to travel. Throughout my travels and interactions with new people, I relish in expanding upon my knowledge of the world, truth, and reality. I love meeting new people and learning new things. I can offer a lullaby here and there, too. Most importantly (and quite surprisingly), I only recently found my salvation. Not long ago, I married an incredible woman from the Republic of Georgia, gorgeous both inside and out. She is unlike anyone I’ve ever known. Without a doubt, she has saved my life, and I can’t wait to show her all over the U.S. and other parts of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why do we travel? Joe Strummer said that "without people, you're nothing." I've incorporated this idea throughout my life and travels and its served me well. This wonderful community builds on that philosophy and makes travel more worth while.

Interests

I'm interested in everything. Most broadly, philosophy, politics, history, law, and music. More specifically? Ethics, consciousness and it origins, existential threat. My thirst for love, peace, and knowledge will never end. Rock and Roll.

Music, Movies, and Books

Some of my favorite books include, IT, Johnny Got His Gun, A Clockwork Orange, Black House, Dead Man Walking, Catch 22, The Andromeda Strain, The Stand, One Minute After, and Siddartha. Stephen King’s Dark Tower Series was stunning. I enjoy movies, too - good documentaries; Tarantino; and of the like. Above all, I find solace in punk rock and roll.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing things I’ve done? Falling in love with my wife, at first sight dominates the list. I never believed in such fairytale-like things until it actually happened to me. That being said, I’m lucky that I lived long enough to meet her because I’ve been on borrowed time for quite a while. I have done many absurdly ridiculously reckless & amazing things.

Teach, Learn, Share

I bleed New York City. I like to keep occupied, which hasn't really been an issue since I became a lawyer. Although I still make time to read, write, and play music. And I'm constantly striving to educate myself on everything and anything.

What I Can Share with Hosts

endless possibilities; on the surface, a good enough reason to exercise in conversation and a good enough distraction from the tough parts of life.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Dominican Republic, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Mexico, United States
