Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
On my bike trip around Lake Ontario in 2009, I really appreciated Couchsurfing to help me keep the trip fun and cheap.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I biked around Lake Ontario in 2009 with 7 nights of couchsurfing and a similar site called warmshowers.org. I have used WWOOF (WorldWide Opportunities on Organic Farms) in New Zealand for a 6 week trip too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I hiked what is supposedly the best day hike in New Zealand, which goes up a steep mountain between 2 volcanoes, but of course the only day I was in town, was raining with absolutely no visibility.
