Music, Movies, and Books

I've been on a big epic fantasy kick lately. I plowed through the song of ice and fire series, and am currently reading joe abercrombie's "The first law" series. Other books i've been reading lately have been the locke lamora series, "blood meridian" by cormbac mccarthy and also the "parable" series by octavia butler.

I mostly listen to country & folk music although I'm still nostalgic for the mid 90s/early 00s hardcore, metal whathaveyou scene I grew up in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We just got back from brazil where we hiked through a jungle in the middle of an island and fed a banana to marmoset monkeys, which was pretty amazing.
