One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Leatherback turtles (baulas) in Costa Rica (with rice and beans as breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- A sailing trip from Belgium to Lissabon (with ex-girlfriend's father onboard)
- Jump off a bridge in Grenoble, France (with elastic rope tied to feet)
- Visit the Golden Temple in Amritsar, India (with handkerchief knotted over head)
- Trekking the Indian Himalayas near Kullu (with virus in intestines)
- Staying in a student's house in Santiago de Chile (when the earth was shaking at an 8.8 magnitude), and walking out without a single scratch.
- Climbing the summit of an active volcano : Villarica in Chile (in the company of a bullying mountain guide)
- Being offered a glass of wine, sweets, cheese and sausages by a Sicilian restaurant keeper in Siracusa, Sicilia for free (he felt sorry for us it was raining)
- Visiting a Thai zoo and feeding milk to a baby tiger (it showed out to be a good preparation, but Oscars paws fortunately are smaller)
- Hiking on the island of Texel (NL) and discovering that the sea was chopped up in large chunks of salty ice (then again, it was -15°C / 5°F)
- Volunteering in the protection of pristine forest in Cambodia
