About Me

At the moment of writing this, I am a Front-End developer at Sogeti. I am a happy guy who just lives his life in his own way. I do stuff I like and try to make the best out of everything. I love to party or chill with my friends and be social. Also meeting new people and learning about them is really amazing. Even though i never did, I'd love to host people when I am home. So basically, I'm just trying to live my life to the fullest, making lots of friends and good memories to tell people when I'm older.

Do note I'm a working man. I might be able to host you during the week but I might not be able to give you the 'full experience'. I'll try to make some time for you but just keep it in mind :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I thought why not? It might always be useful for when I'm travelling myself, but why not help each other out a little bit. If I have time and space you can crash at my place :). I also want to start returning the favor because I want people to have the same nice experience at my place that I had at theirs!

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't really read much (while I think I should more), but I do listen to a wide variety of music. Music really sets me in a mood, a day doesn't go by that I don't listen to music. Also I sometimes watch some series and movies in my free time but usually I hang out with friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done a semester abroad and after that I did a 3 week roadtrip to the eastern side of the US with my buddy. It was so cool because we only stayed with couchsurfing hosts throughout the whole trip but Miami. Everyone was so kind and showed us so much, I decided to put some more time in my profile and return the favor. I know how I want to be treated if I'm traveling so I hope I can give some of that hospitality that my hosts gave me to you when you come around :).

Teach, Learn, Share

When I was travelling to the USA some years ago, I was taken in with this really kind family which my dad knew a bit. I spoke with them and arranged a trip of 3 weeks. When I came there, I was astonished with how kind this family was! They were always happy and weren't really driven by time. I was so fascinated by that I decided I was going to live a more positive life from that point on. So I changed my mindset and did my best to eliminate all negative things that would keep me down in my life. Right now, I just do what I want to do and what I like. I can share a something about the lifestyle I am living with you, maybe you can pick something up to make your life better/easier :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can tell you some of my ridiculous memories that I have made with friends over the years, tell you something about my life and how I changed from who i was when I was younger into the person I am today. I can also cook you some nice dutch dishes and help you pick out which craft beer you might like!
