About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Always finding the better version of myself

ABOUT ME

When I was 19 years old, I went to travel around the world for 2 years by my own. I met extraodinary people, and open my mind to different ways of living. I came back to Canada at 21, then started my Law school, that I just finished a few months ago!

It's been a while since I hosted people because my 2 last roomates weren't willing to host people they didn't know, and I respected their choices obvisouly. Now, I am in-between, not really living anywhere specific, but as soon as I have my own place again, I will host people for sure!

While traveling to asia (I traveled there for almost 1 year), I converted to Buddhism, and try every year to go a meditation retreat for 2 weeks. It's a philosophy/religion really important to me, since it makes me grow as a human being.

PHILOSOPHY

As I said, I am a Buddhism but still very open to all religion/philosophy! I lived in an ashram in india for a while, and really liked it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed a lot when I was traveling at the age of 19-21 years old. I grew up a lot since then ahah! My first year back to my country, I lived with 2 of my best friends and then we hosted some people as well, and we all really enjoy it, we met great great people. One of them came back to Canada and visit me! It was such a good feling to know you have a friend at the other side of the world by only hosting him for a week or so. Loved it.

I couldn't host the last 2 years because my new roomates didn't want to host people, and I respected their choices obvisouly. I met couchsurfer a little, but I prefer having them at my place, I feel as if the connection is stronger when we share a place ;)

I am now back to my city Montreal, not living anywhere specific for the moment, but as soon as I have a place of own, I would love to host again!

Music, Movies, and Books

Oh gosh, I am very bad at naming favorites. I love book with a meaning about life (not a thriller or something like that) - ex: Paulo Coelho, book with a historic background, etc.

Movies - really no idea! I more into TV shows
Music - pretty much all kind! Hindie, chor, pop, christmas one, anything!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being able to forgive when I thought it would be impossible, loving when I wanted to hate.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love cooking, and know how to cook different food all over the world, so I can teach and love learning new recipe!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Lots of traveling stories and a good laugh!

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, France, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Italy, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United States, Viet Nam
