About Me

I'm constantly in a state of wanderlust, always looking for the next new place to visit. I studied abroad in Rome during my undergrad and have gone back to backpack solo through Europe. Each time I've been fortunate to have met so many amazing people along the way. It's been great making connections with new people from different parts of the world.

I like doing a range of things from cliche tourist traps to exploring more low key areas. I can rage all night or I can wander around a museum for hours just soaking in the art. I guess it depends on if I'm having an introverted or extroverted moment. I'm a believer of trying everything at least once and I'm open to new adventures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I'm not traveling I'm usually a workaholic so I want to branch out and meet new people, both through my travels and in my local area. New adventure buddies are always great and welcome :).

Music, Movies, and Books

Music ranges depending on my mood. If I'm on a long drive I like mellow indie music, unless I start to get sleepy and then I'll blast some punk or even hip hop music. I like to dance to hip hop music and house. I love 80s and 90s jams, especially those songs that are great for karaoke. I can even have moments where I just want to listen to some good old classical music, especially ones with strings as I love(and play) the violin.

Movies- I like things that make me laugh. Comedies and rom coms are good. I like mysteries and thrillers too, but I usually have to follow with a comedy right after.

Books- So many to name. I generally like fictions and am especially into mysteries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taught English conversation classes to university students in Rome. Although their English was already pretty great.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love showing people around San Diego. There's so much to do and each of the neighborhoods has a unique vibe depending on your mood.
