Empathy, curiosity, spontaneity and imagination. That seems the motto that has been guiding my way. Grew up in China and Taiwan, studied Sustainable Development in Uppsala, Sweden and tranversed several disciplines in my life from bioengineering to design anthropology. I'm interested in understanding and experiencing the different ways of knowing/being in the world and how we learn and live together as human beings.

I'm not that talkative but enjoy spontaneous and in-depth conversations. Easily intrigued by people's stories and believe in magic as Celine put it in Before Sunrise.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Observed and got fascinated by how seagulls move along the wind in Den Haag

Jumped on the podium and improvised a speech to 200 university students to promote an educational NPO

Got back from my first party in Sweden 50km away from Uppsala after missing the last direct bus and cycled across the town at 3:30am

Had my first 3-day hiking trip in Sweden struggling in swamps, getting lost in the forest and freezing in the tent during the whole night

Ethnographic fieldwork on an island outside Shanghai from 2016.3.7 to 2016.5.11

Participated in a short impro session with Swedish speakers when I knew very little Swedish...(Oh that was bold)
