ABOUT ME

I'm a musician and so is he! - we're a couple, have been for 6 or 7 years.
We're both peaceful individuals with a passion for rock and fondness for videos of cats falling over.
We promised ourselves that we would stay put in one country until we had recorded an album we were really proud of, and man, did it hurt! all our friends have been off travelling, and we've been sittin on the hornsey road learning chords.
However, it paid off, so now we're allowing ourselves to get out a bit!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We've only just joined, been meaning to do it for ages, as it's such a good idea.
We hope to get hte chance to make some good friends, eat some amazing food, and show people what England is all about.
We English can seem a little reserved at first, but we're only shy! We are very warm people once you get to know us x
My own personal mission (GEM) is to teach everyone how to make a decent cup of tea (N.B- if it's got a string, it's not a proper teabag.), show everyone what real fish and chips are about (Again, if it's on a plate, it's bogus! Paper wraps are the only way) and to share music and peaceful thoughts with the people of the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well neither of us has experiance with this website/concept but I do have a friend who I ONLY know as someone who stays on my couch. He used to stay with the first person I shared a flat with whenever he was over from Oz. Now he calls me when he's here. Hello Felix if you're reading!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Joe: I've had a wild monkey take a piece of mango out of my hand. I felt his fingers on mine as he took it. Unbelievably cool!

Teach, Learn, Share

Anyone who wants to learn singing, drums or guitar would like it here! We both teach music, and love to play.
We also have a bass, a sax and a piano in the place so come make some songs!
