About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to get involved in zimbabwe's future, get my hands dirty and learn

ABOUT ME

I'm a fiddle playing, reggae dancing Zimbabwean capoeirista. I love walking and getting to know streets and corners of new places. I love my food and love anyone who can give me some cooking tips to add to my small collection of recipes. I like challenges and aim to try new things. I can be a quiet person at first, but very easy going and can fit in anywhere.

PHILOSOPHY

the only constant is change? ..I like to keep it open, with respect for everyone and the world we've been blessed with. I want to embrace change and not be scared of it. I want to keep bouncing so that my feet don't get stuck in one place, and I keep my life plans rolling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love the idea of meeting up and staying with people you don't know, the trust in people and the positive outlook it takes on both sides.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met surfers that have been hosted by my housemates. For the last few years I haven't been in a position to host, but as soon as I have my piece of land in Zimbabwe, you are all welcome to come and camp on it!

Music, Movies, and Books

currently reading The State of Africa. Its a big one and I'm slow.
Music! ruuumba, from Catalunya to the Congo. African tunes, from West to East, North to South! reggae, ragga and jungle. Anything you can dance to that still has a good tune and not too much doosh doosh.
I want to play the accordian, the saw, the cello and sing the blues.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

El camino de Santiago, walking across Northern Spain

Teach, Learn, Share

Capoeira
English, Spanish & Shona language
