Overview
About Me
I love to getting to know new people, their ideas, passions and experiences. I have found that meeting up with locals when travelling, and learning about the places I am visiting through their eyes is the way to go!
I am an Outdoor Adventure guide by trade and I spend the US Summers leading Wilderness trips for a Summer Camp. I'm hoping to begin studying engineering next year!
I'm keen to meet up with travellers in Cape Town when I can as I can't host at the moment.
Interests
Listening to and learning from people who are passionate and knowledgeable something is one of my favourite things, be it computer logic, dancing, cooking, business, psychology or whatever.
I'm currently fascinated by the science of learning and taking course to practice and improve my learning skills.
I love climbing outdoors, especially easy, scenic, multi-pitch routes. Indoor bouldering is fun too for easier access to some physical problem solving. I'm happy to take travelers on 'Amigo Monday' at my local gym where I can get a friend in for free.
I love animals and especially love that couch surfing sometimes allows me access to them while travelling and missing mine from home. Farm animals and cats and dogs especially.
