Just relaxing and enjoying life after a quite intense and hardworking time at home.

ABOUT ME

I'm a dutch woman, earning my living with classical singing, mostly in Europe. I'm based in Utrecht, in the center of the Netherlands, where i'm glad to be surrounded by my friends and family. I spend my time, apart from singing, with dancing argentinian tango,cuddling the children of my sister,playing piano, knitting, cooking, reading, learning about life and myself, meeting friends, hiking, sailing in the north of the country and many more things. I love to be in nature, wish we would have some mountains in Holland.

PHILOSOPHY

Being honest and treating myself as I would treat others brings me the most until now. Living with all there is, without discriminating the apparently less beautiful sides of life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just had my first couchsurfing-experiences during my travelling in Australia. What a fantastic way to see the country and meet interesting and sweet people. Very glad that I was brave enought to start this way of travelling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed one week with a lovely host in Cairns. What a great first couch-surfing-experience. John and his friend Paul showed me generously the most beautiful places around Cairns, took us to a deserted island to go camping and snorkeling. The most beautiful memory is that we slept on the beach of this island with his two beautiful little daughters.
