I currently live in North Idaho where I go to University for General Studies this fall though I'll be taking a semester off to go traveling around Germany and Eastern Europe!

I enjoy cooking , baking and trying out tons of recipes. Baking bread is a favorite of mine. I'm an expert at baking chocolate chip cookies. I'll try almost any food once except for wasabi, horseradish, and tripe.
